Coaches Education Opportunities this Summer and Fall

There will be two coaches education opportunities this summer and fall. Please mark your calendars and let us know if you have any questions. Hope to see many of you at one of these events.

1. USSA LEVEL 100 TECHNIQUE CLINIC

Sunday, July 7 – Instructed by Bryan Fish (U.S. Ski Team Development Coach)

Meet at Lake Owen Resort (14580 Resort Rd Cable, WI 54821) at 1:45PM

Registration: Please contact Yuriy Gusev at yuriy.gusev@cxcskiing.org to reserve your spot!

Important Note: all participating coaches must have current ‘CXC Coach Membership’

This clinic will be part of the CXC Central Regional Elite Group Camp. If any coaches are interested to come and shadow training session for a part of the camp please let us know.

2. CXC COACHES SYMPOSIUM

October 18-20, Cable, WI

– USSA Level 100 Technique Clinic

– CPR and First Aid Course and Exam

– Level 100 Cross Country Coaching Course and Exam

– Club Development Seminar

– Club Leadership Seminar

After the weekend all coaches will be able to come home with completed certification.

*Note: USSA/CXC Level 100 Coaches Certification is required to coach on the Midwest Junior National Team.
