Screen shot 2013-08-16 at 10.10.04 AMAre elite athletes the product of hard work and skill, or were they born with innate talent that gave them an edge over the rest? Author: David Epstein, writer for Sports Illustrated, avid runner, and author of the book, “The Sports Gene: Inside the Science of Extraordinary Athletic Performance.”
