The Midwest Junior Championships & Festival

After the Junior Birkie February 19, the Midwest Junior Championships and Festival is the final CXC Youth Cup event of the season. This event is a weekend full of fun competitive racing for U8-U16 skiers in Minneapolis, MN, March 4-6!

The Loppet Foundation in conjunction with the Minnesota Youth Ski League, will be hosting the final CXC Youth Cup event of the season, the Midwest Junior Championships and Festival March 4-6. This event focuses on friendly youth and young junior competition in a fun festive environment. Not only does this event have fun races, the festival also has exciting noncompetitive events for all ability levels!

FESTIVAL INFORMATION

The Midwest Junior Championships introduces young skiers to competition while giving all middle school skiers a chance to compete with many kids in their age group. Hundreds of kids of all levels and abilities, ages 4-15 from all around the Midwest will have the opportunity to participate in this event.
