Masters November Technique Camp With Deedra Irwin

Join Deedra Irwin a rising U.S. Biathlon star at the CXC Masters Camp in Cable, Wisconsin on November 22-24. Attend full weekend or select days.

All master skier levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced. The camp is a great opportunity to learn about training, racing, recovery and more.

The emphasis will be on technique with hands-on coaching, video analysis, and feedback during ski sessions. The camp will include an evening presentation from Deedra on her athletic career and international racing.

Wisconsin native Deedra Irwin forged a strong career in cross country skiing with CXC club Ashwaubenon Nordic Ski Team (ANST), qualifying for U23 World Championships and skiing for Michigan Tech University. She is now pursuing biathlon as a member of the U.S. Biathlon Team.

Friday / November 22
4:00pm – Technique training (skate) meeting at the Birkie Start Trailhead
7:00pm – Dinner and video review of technique

Saturday / November 23
9:00am – Technique training (classic) meeting at the Birkie Start Trailhead
10:30am – Video review and technique analysis
1:30pm – Technique training (skate) meeting at the Birkie Start Trailhead
3:00pm – Video review and technique analysis
6:00pm – Dinner & Presentation by Deedra Irwin

Sunday / November 24
9:00am – Technique training (classic) meeting at the Birkie Start Trailhead
10:30am – Video review and technique analysis

CAMP FEE:

The camp fee is $200 for full engagement in the program. Meals and lodging are not included in the $200 coaching fee. Attend full weekend or select days. The coaching fee is $150 if attending on individual days.
